🎯 Key Responsibilities

* Lead the overall Quality Assurance & Quality Control function.

* Develop, coach and manage the Quality team.

* Drive quality performance across manufacturing partners.

* Strengthen vendor capability, quality systems and continuous improvement.

* Manage critical quality issues and ensure timely corrective actions.

* Collaborate with Buyers, Merchandising, Technical, Production and Sourcing teams.

* Monitor quality KPIs and ensure compliance with buyer standards.

 

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

* Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing or related discipline.

* 15+ years’ experience in Apparel Quality, preferably with a multinational Fashion Brand or Buying Office.

* Should be with 45 years of age

* Proven track record in Quality Leadership, Vendor Management and Team Development.

* Strong knowledge of AQL, inspection systems, CAPA, root-cause analysis and quality improvement.
