🚀 Key Responsibilities

🔍 Review tech packs, specifications, patterns, and construction details to ensure technical feasibility.

📏 Manage fit sessions, measurement reviews, size grading, and sample approvals.

🧵 Evaluate fabric, trims, construction, workmanship, and finishing against buyer requirements.

🛠️ Identify technical issues and work closely with factories, pattern teams, sample rooms, and suppliers to resolve them.

📋 Prepare and maintain technical comments, measurement charts, and product development documentation.

🤝 Coordinate with Merchandising, Design, Quality, and Production teams to ensure smooth product execution.

💰 Support cost engineering and product optimization without compromising quality or brand standards.

🌎 Ensure products meet international buyer standards, quality requirements, and production feasibility.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Fashion Technology, or a relevant discipline.

👔 5–8 years of relevant experience in garment technology, technical, product development, or apparel manufacturing.

🧵 Strong knowledge of woven, knit, and garment construction.

📐 Excellent understanding of specifications, measurements, fit, grading, and garment workmanship.

🖥️ Proficiency in Tech Packs, BOM, POM, technical specifications, and garment construction details.

🌍 Experience working with international brands, buying offices, or apparel sourcing companies will be an advantage.
