📌 Key Responsibilities

🏢 Lead and monitor structural & social compliance across supplier factories.

🔍 Conduct/coordinate compliance assessments, audits and corrective action follow-ups.

📋 Ensure factories comply with applicable local laws, international standards and buyer requirements.

⚠️ Identify compliance risks and drive timely CAP closure & preventive actions.

🤝 Work closely with factories, buyers, third-party auditors and internal teams.

📊 Prepare compliance reports, risk assessments and management updates.

🔄 Develop and strengthen compliance systems, SOPs and monitoring processes.

👥 Guide and support suppliers in improving overall compliance performance.

🎓 Qualifications

🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/ Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Law, Textile Engineering Social or Environmental Science or relevant discipline.

📚 Professional certification in Compliance, Social Compliance, Health & Safety, Fire Safety or related areas will be an advantage.

💻 Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills.

 

💼 Experience

⏳ 8–12 years of relevant experience in Compliance, preferably within any Apparel Brands or Buying Offices or Garment Manufacturing.

🏭 Strong hands-on experience in Structural & Social Compliance.

🌍 Experience dealing with international brands, buyers and third-party audit agencies.

🔥 Good knowledge of building, fire, electrical, occupational health & safety and social compliance requirements.

🧩 Strong experience in factory assessment, risk management, CAP development and follow-up.

👥 Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence supplier performance.
