👔 Senior Quality Assurance Manager – Woven & Knits

📌 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Lead the overall Quality Assurance function for woven and knit manufacturing operations

🔹 Establish, implement, and continuously improve quality management systems and SOPs

🔹 Monitor quality performance across factories and identify key quality risks, recurring defects, and process gaps

🔹 Drive effective root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions to reduce defects and customer complaints

🔹 Ensure compliance with international buyer standards, inspection protocols, and quality requirements

🔹 Conduct and oversee factory quality audits, process audits, and product inspections

🔹 Work closely with Production, IE, Technical, Merchandising, and Factory Management to ensure quality is built into every stage of production

🔹 Develop and monitor quality KPIs, defect reduction programs, and continuous improvement initiatives

🔹 Lead QA teams through coaching, training, performance management, and capability development

🔹 Act as a key quality representative during buyer visits, quality audits, and critical production reviews

 

🎯 Qualifications & Experience

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant discipline

👔 12–15+ years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Management within reputed garment manufacturing companies

🧵 Strong hands-on experience in both woven and knit garment manufacturing

🌍 Proven experience working with international brands, buyers, and global quality standards

🔍 In-depth knowledge of factory QA systems, AQL, inspection procedures, workmanship standards, testing requirements, and buyer manuals

📋 Strong expertise in factory audits, inline/end-line/final inspections, CAPA, root-cause analysis, 8D, and defect prevention

📈 Proven track record of driving continuous improvement, process control, and quality performance across multiple production units

👥 Strong leadership experience managing and developing QA/QC teams across multiple factories
