🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Manage day-to-day HR operations, documentation & employee services.

🔹 Coordinate HR projects, engagement initiatives & L&D activities.

🔹 Prepare HR reports, dashboards & data-driven insights.

🔹 Support HR policies, processes, communications & announcements.

🔹 Coordinate with employees, managers, HR teams & external vendors.

🔹 Identify opportunities for HR process improvement & efficiency.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Management or related field.

💼 5+ years of relevant HR experience in operations, engagement, L&D, recruitment or HR projects.

📊 Strong skills in HR reporting, coordination, stakeholder management & follow-up.

⭐ Knowledge of HR Analytics, Project Management or Bangladesh Labor Law will be an advantage.
