🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead Technical, Sampling & Product Development for the Sweater Products.
🔹 Drive product development from concept to SMS/PP approval, ensuring fit, quality and manufacturability.
🔹 Oversee pattern, grading, construction, fitting and technical specifications.
🔹 Collaborate with buyers, designers, merchandising and factories on development and approvals.
🔹 Drive cost-effective product engineering, innovation and speed-to-market.
🔹 Ensure first-time-right sampling and smooth transition from development to bulk production.
🔹 Lead technical teams and strengthen factory & supplier capabilities.
🔹 Drive process improvement, digitalization and technical excellence.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
🎓 Degree in Apparel/Textile Engineering, Fashion Design or related field.
💼 15+ years of experience in Technical, Sampling & Product Development within Sweater/Knitwear manufacturing.
👥 Proven experience leading large sample rooms and technical teams.
🧩 Strong expertise in sweater construction, pattern, fit, grading, fabrics, trims and finishing.
🗣️ Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
