🔧 Manage factory maintenance, utilities & infrastructure for smooth operations.
⚡ Oversee electrical, generator, gas, water, fuel & utility systems.
🛡️ Ensure building, electrical, fire & workplace safety compliance.
📋 Manage preventive maintenance schedules, audits & corrective actions.
🏭 Ensure timely closure of RSC findings/CAPs.
🌱 Drive energy efficiency, environmental & cost-saving initiatives.
📊 Maintain EKPI, maintenance & savings documentation.
👤 Candidate Profile
🎓 B.Sc. in EEE/Mechanical Engineering from a reputed University
💼 12+ years of relevant experience in factory maintenance, utilities or engineering.
🏭 Strong exposure to garment/textile/manufacturing environments.
🛡️ Experience in RSC, safety, compliance & audits.
💻 Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project & MS Office.
📚 PGD in Project Management is an advantage.
