💼 Quality Manager – Outerwear

📍 Gazipur, Bangladesh

 

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Lead and manage end-to-end quality assurance processes for outerwear products.

🔹 Ensure product quality compliance from development stage to final shipment.

🔹 Implement quality standards, SOPs, and corrective/preventive action plans.

🔹 Conduct inline, pilot-run, pre-final, and final inspections.

🔹 Analyze quality data, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

🔹 Collaborate with merchandising, production, technical, and factory teams to achieve quality targets.

🔹 Manage customer quality requirements and ensure compliance with buyer standards.

🔹 Lead and develop quality teams to enhance performance and productivity.

🔹 Ensure adherence to compliance, safety, and quality management systems.

 

🎓 Educational Qualification

🔹 Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant discipline.

🔹 Professional certifications in Quality Management or Apparel Manufacturing will be an added advantage.

 

💼 Experience Requirements

🔹 10–12+ years of relevant experience in apparel quality management.

🔹 Strong experience in Outerwear Products (Jackets, Padding, Functional Wear, Technical Garments, etc.).

🔹 Previous experience in a multinational, sourcing, or export-oriented garment manufacturing environment preferred.

🔹 Strong understanding of AQL, garment construction, fabric performance, and quality tools.

🔹 Strong leadership and people management capability

🔹 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

🔹 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

🔹 Sound knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and quality systems

🔹 Good command of English (written & spoken)
