🧥 Senior Merchandiser / Merchandiser – Outerwear

📍 Gazipur, Bangladesh

 

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Manage end-to-end merchandising activities for outerwear products

🔹 Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and production teams for smooth execution

🔹 Handle costing, order follow-up, T&A, and shipment schedules

🔹 Monitor sample development and approvals

🔹 Ensure product quality, delivery timelines, and customer requirements are met

🔹 Negotiate with vendors for pricing and sourcing requirements

🔹 Prepare reports, customer presentations, and merchandising documentation

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Merchandising, Textile Engineering froma reputed University

 

💼 Experience:

🔹 Senior Merchandiser: 6–7+ years of experience in outerwear merchandising

🔹 Merchandiser: 4–5 years of relevant experience

🔹 Strong knowledge of jackets, padded garments, seam-sealed products, and outerwear construction

🔹 Strong communication and negotiation skills

🔹 Good command of English (written & spoken)

🔹 Proficiency in MS Office and merchandising systems
