We are seeking an experienced and dynamic “Chief Operating Officer (COO)” for A MANUFACTURING CLUSTER to lead and drive operational excellence, strategic growth, and manufacturing efficiency across a large-scale woven garment manufacturing group.

 

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

📌 Lead end-to-end factory operations including Production, Planning, Supply Chain, Quality & Compliance

📌 Develop and execute business strategies to achieve operational and financial objectives

📌 Drive productivity improvement and cost optimization initiatives

📌 Ensure smooth coordination among merchandising, sourcing, technical, and manufacturing teams

📌 Monitor KPIs and implement performance-driven operational frameworks

📌 Strengthen customer relationships and ensure on-time delivery excellence

📌 Lead organizational development, process improvements, and business expansion initiatives

📌 Ensure compliance with industry standards, sustainability requirements, and regulatory guidelines

 

🎓 Education:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Business Administration or relevant discipline

✅ Advance certification in Production/ IE /Planning will be an added advantage

 

💼 Experience:

✅ 18–20+ years of expertise in woven & denim tops & bottoms garments manufacturing operations

✅ Minimum 5+ years in a senior leadership role (COO / Director / GM Operations)

✅ Proven expertise in production planning, lean management, budgeting & operational excellence
