📋 Key Responsibilities
📌 Manage the complete merchandising process from product development to shipment
📝 Coordinate tech packs, samples, lab dips, fabrics, trims and approvals
💰 Follow up on costing, price negotiation and margin targets
🧵 Work closely with factories to ensure product quality, fit and construction meet brand standards
📅 Monitor T&A, production schedules and shipment deadlines
🔍 Coordinate with QA, technical, design and production teams to resolve product-related issues
📊 Prepare and maintain development, costing, order and shipment reports
🌍 Communicate regularly with international buyers and suppliers to ensure smooth execution
⚡ Proactively identify and resolve production, quality and delivery risks
⭐ Preferred Skills
👙 Strong exposure to Bras, Briefs, Lingerie Sets, Sleepwear & Intimate Apparel
📐 Good understanding of fit, measurement, pattern and garment construction
🧪 Knowledge of fabric testing, trims and performance requirements
🎯 Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up and problem-solving abilities
