💰 Salary: BDT 130,000–150,000 per month (around)

📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

🔹 Lead and manage a team of merchandisers handling Woven & Denim products.

🔹 Manage product development, sampling, costing, order confirmation, and production follow-up.

🔹 Coordinate closely with buyers, suppliers, and factories to ensure timely execution.

🔹 Review and negotiate costing, fabrics, washes, trims, and production requirements.

🔹 Monitor T&A, quality, production progress, and shipment deadlines.

🔹 Resolve production and merchandising issues proactively to ensure smooth order execution.

🔹 Maintain strong relationships with buyers and suppliers while ensuring customer satisfaction.

🎓 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

🎓 Education: Graduate in Apparel Merchandising, Textile Engineering, or a related discipline from a reputed university.

👔 Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of merchandising experience in Denim & Non-Denim Bottoms and Tops, preferably with a Buying Office or Garment Factory.

👥 Team Leadership: Minimum 2–3 years of experience leading a team of 3–4 members.

💵 Costing Expertise: Strong knowledge of garment costing, consumption, pricing, and commercial aspects.

🧵 Fabric & Wash Knowledge: Excellent understanding of denim/non-denim fabrics, garment construction, washes, finishes, and treatments.

🤝 Coordination Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills with Buyers, Factories, Suppliers, and internal teams.

📋 Merchandising Skills: Ability to manage the complete merchandising process from product development and sampling through production and shipment.

🌍 Market Exposure: Experience working with international buyers and managing multiple styles/orders simultaneously will be an advantage.
