💰 Salary: BDT 60,000–75,000/month + Benefits

 

THE ROLE

Act as the bridge between Management, IT Developers & Business Teams to build and implement a proprietary ERP covering the complete garment sourcing cycle—from TNA & order management to sample approvals, factory communication and shipment.

 

You will:

• Gather & translate business requirements into functional specifications

• Review, challenge and test ERP features against real workflows

• Maintain project roadmap & report directly to Management

• Drive ERP adoption across the merchandising team

• Identify gaps and coordinate system improvements

 

⭐ ERP/software project experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

What matters most is strong garment knowledge + structured process thinking.

 

🎯 REQUIREMENTS

🎓 Graduate in CSE, MIS, Textile Engineering, or IPE from a reputed University

👔 4–5 years of experience in ERP Implementation, Integration & Business Analysis is preferred

🧵 Strong knowledge of Garment Production & TNA Process

📊 Good command of Excel, Data & Structured workflows

🌐 Strong English communication skills

🤝 Experience in Merchandising / Production Coordination, preferably sourcing/agent side
