We are seeking a dynamic and visionary “Group CHRO: to lead the overall Human Resources strategy across multiple business units. This role will be instrumental in shaping organizational culture, driving talent strategy, and aligning HR initiatives with business growth.

* Develop and implement group-wide HR strategies aligned with business objectives

* Act as a strategic advisor to the Board & Executive Leadership Team

* Design succession planning and leadership development programs

* Build a strong talent pipeline across all levels

* Lead transformation initiatives and change management programs

* Drive performance management systems and culture-building initiatives

* Oversee HR policies, compliance, and governance across the group

* Ensure best practices in HR operations, systems, and processes

πŸŽ“ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

πŸŽ“ MBA / Master’s in HRM or equivalent (preferred)

 

🧠 Experience Requirements

πŸ“Œ 18–20+ years of progressive HR experiene

πŸ“Œ Minimum 5+ years in a senior leadership / Group HR role

πŸ“Œ Experience in large conglomerates or multi-business environments
