🔍 Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead and manage the Industrial Engineering (IE) function across Woven & Denim units

🔹 Drive productivity improvement & efficiency enhancement initiatives

🔹 Conduct method study, work measurement & time study

🔹 Ensure optimal line balancing & capacity planning

🔹 Develop SMV, operation bulletin & cost optimization strategies

🔹 Implement lean manufacturing, Kaizen & continuous improvement practices

🔹 Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks & recommend solutions

🔹 Collaborate with Production, Planning & Quality teams for operational excellence

🔹 Lead automation & digitalization initiatives within IE functions

🔹 Train and develop IE team for high performance

 

💼 Key requirements:

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering

🕒 Experience: 15+ Years Experience in IE

✔ Strong knowledge of IE tools & techniques

✔ Expertise in Woven & Denim production processes

✔ Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma knowledge preferred

✔ Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills

✔ Leadership & team management capability

✔ Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
