🎯 General Manager – Civil Engineering

🏗️ Key Responsibilities

🔹 Lead and oversee all civil engineering projects across factories, offices, and infrastructure developments of the Group.

🔹 Manage planning, design, construction, renovation, and maintenance activities.

🔹 Ensure compliance with local building codes, RSC/Nirapon safety regulations, environmental standards, and buyer requirements.

🔹 Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.

🔹 Monitor project budgets, timelines, quality standards, and resource utilization.

🔹 Lead factory expansion, modernization, utility, and sustainability initiatives.

🔹 Conduct structural assessments and ensure building integrity and workplace safety.

🔹 Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency in construction and maintenance projects.

 

🎓 Education

✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

 

💼 Experience

✅ Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, construction, and project management.

✅ Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role within large manufacturing, industrial, or garment groups.

✅ Strong knowledge of industrial building construction, factory compliance, fire & structural safety standards.

✅ Experience managing large-scale CAPEX projects and contractor networks.
