🌍 Preferred Profile:

• Expat Candidates with strong global apparel industry exposure

• Prior working Experience with Woven & Denim Factories in Bangladesh

✅ Key Requirements:

• Strong capability in business development and customer relationship management

• In depth knowledge of product development, costing, sourcing, and order execution

• Expertise in negotiation with buyers and handling end-to-end merchandising activities

• Strong understanding of supply chain, production planning, and market trends

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to drive business growth and manage cross-functional teams

🎓 Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion, Apparel Merchandising, Business Administration, or related discipline

💼 Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in apparel marketing & merchandising

• Strong exposure to woven/Denim product categories and factory operations

• Proven experience managing international buyers and global sourcing offices

• Prior experience in overseas/expatriate assignments preferred
