Key Responsibilities

🔹 Handle merchandising activities from development to shipment

🔹 Coordinate with buyers, factories, and suppliers for smooth execution

🔹 Follow up on sampling, costing, production, and delivery schedules

🔹 Ensure product quality and timely shipment compliance

🔹 Prepare T&A, order status, and merchandising reports

🔹 Strong communication with overseas buyers and internal teams

Educational Qualification

🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Apparel Merchandising or Textile Engineering from any reputed University

Experience Requirements

✔ Minimum 8 years of experience in apparel merchandising for Woven & Knit products with any buying office or factory

✔ Strong knowledge of product development, production follow-up, and supply chain coordination

✔ Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

✔ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders simultaneously

✔ Team player with leadership capability and commercial awareness

✔ Proficient in MS Office, merchandising systems, and reporting

✔ Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken)
