We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven professional to lead Quality Assurance and Technical Operations excellence for a reputed multinational apparel sourcing/trading organization.

 

🔹 Key Responsibilities

📌 Lead end-to-end Quality & Technical functions for Knit, Woven & Sweater categories.

📌 Develop and implement quality strategies to meet global buyer standards.

📌 Oversee product technical fit, construction, testing, and risk assessment.

📌 Drive factory capability improvement, process optimization & vendor performance.

📌 Manage pre-production, inline, and final inspection systems.

📌 Ensure compliance with customer requirements, sustainability & ethical standards.

📌 Lead and mentor regional QA / Technical teams in Bangladesh and India.

📌 Handle customer communications on quality, technical, claims & CAPA actions.

 

🎓 Educational Qualification

🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering / Apparel Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering.

 

💼 Experience

💼 18+ years of proven experience in Quality & Technical leadership within apparel Fashion Brand or Buying Office

💼 Strong expertise in Knit, Woven, Outerwear & Sweater products.

💼 Hands-on exposure with international buyers, product standards & technical audits.

💼 Experience in managing large teams and multi-country/vendor operations preferred.
