🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
🔹 Lead HR, Administration, Social & Technical Compliance functions
🔹 Develop and implement HR policies, systems & organizational strategies
🔹 Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law, ESG & international standards
🔹 Lead RSC & Nirapon compliance, remediation and stakeholder coordination
🔹 Oversee Fire, Electrical & Building Safety compliance and corrective actions
🔹 Manage customer/social compliance audits, CAPs and continuous improvement
🔹 Drive employee engagement, performance management, training & organizational development
🔹 Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations and administration
🎓 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
🎓 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or relevant field
💼 12–15+ years of progressive experience, preferably in RMG/Apparel Manufacturing
⭐ Strong expertise in HR, Admin, Social & Technical Compliance
🏭 Proven experience with RSC, Nirapon, ESG, Fire & Electrical Safety requirements
📋 Strong knowledge of Labour Law, Social Compliance Standards & Customer Requirements
👥 Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder-management & problem-solving skills
