👗 REGIONAL GARMENT TECHNICAL MANAGER

🏢 A Global Apparel Fashion Brand’s Liaison Office

 

🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead fit development from prototype to bulk production

• Translate design intent into technical execution

• Develop & evaluate patterns, grading & fit corrections

• Manage Tech Packs, measurement specs & technical documentation

• Conduct live-model fit sessions and resolve root-cause fit issues

• Partner with Global Design, Product Development & Technical teams

• Work closely with vendors, sample rooms & production teams

• Assess production feasibility, technical risks & solutions

• Oversee prototype, development samples & bulk execution

• Visit vendors for fit, development & production readiness

 

🎓 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s in Textile Engineering / Fashion Technology / Apparel Manufacturing

• 10+ years apparel technical & fit development experience

• Strong Women’s Fit experience: Denim & Non-Denim Bottoms | Jackets | Shirts | Dresses

• Expert in Manual & CAD Patternmaking + Grading

• Proficient in Gerber Fit, CAD, PLM & Excel

• Tech Packs, Measurement Specs & Flat Sketching

• Illustrator experience; CLO/3D preferred
