🎯 Key Responsibilities
🚢 Lead end-to-end logistics, transportation & customs operations for raw materials and finished goods.
📦 Manage inbound/outbound logistics, freight, inventory & shipment planning.
🛃 Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Customs, NBR, EPB & Bonded Warehouse regulations.
💼 Manage customs clearance, duty exemptions, HS Code classification & valuation.
🤝 Negotiate with freight forwarders, carriers, transporters & logistics partners.
📊 Drive KPIs covering OTD, freight cost, clearance time & operational efficiency.
👥 Lead and develop the Logistics & Customs team while driving process improvement.
🎓 Ideal Candidate
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
✅ 15+ years of Logistics/Customs experience, including 10+ years in Bangladesh Apparel/Fabric Manufacturing.
✅ Strong expertise in Bonded Warehouse, Customs & NBR.
✅ Proficiency in ASYCUDA World, CMBS, ERP/SAP & MS Excel.
✅ Strong knowledge of Customs Act, Import/Export Policy & Bond Licensing.
🌐 Excellent Bengali & English communication skills.
