🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Lead GL, month-end closing & balance sheet reconciliation

🔹 Manage Fixed Assets, CWIP & Factory Inventory

🔹 Coordinate External Audit & Compliance

🔹 Oversee VAT, Corporate Tax & Transfer Pricing

🔹 Drive Finance Automation, AP Automation & ECS

🔹 Support SAP/S4 HANA & Finance System Integration

🔹 Handle Statutory, Corporate Governance & Regulatory Matters

🔹 Support Strategic Finance & Compliance Projects

🎓 Requirements

✅ 12+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in Garments/Manufacturing

✅ Strong expertise in GL, Fixed Assets, Audit & Tax Compliance

✅ Experience in SSC/Multi-Entity/Group environment

✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance – Mandatory

✅ ACCA/CA/CIMA/CPA qualification will be an advantage

✅ Strong team management & reviewer mindset

✅ Knowledge of Bangladesh Tax & Regulatory requirements

✅ SAP/FICO experience is a plus
