🎓 Qualifications
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Merchandising, Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing from a reputed University.
📚 Professional training in Merchandising, Supply Chain, or Apparel Management will be an added advantage.
💼 Minimum 10 years of Marketing & Merchandising experience in the apparel industry.
🧢 Proven experience in Cap/Hat merchandising is mandatory.
🌍 Strong exposure to international buyers across the USA, Europe, and Canada.
💻 Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and merchandising tools.
🗣️ Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).
💼 Key Responsibilities
📦 Manage end-to-end merchandising for Woven Tops, Woven Bottoms, and Caps.
🤝 Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and production teams to ensure smooth order execution.
📅 Monitor Time & Action (T&A) plans, sample approvals, material sourcing, and shipment schedules.
💰 Handle costing, price negotiations, and order profitability.
🧵 Ensure on-time development, bulk production, and quality compliance.
📊 Prepare merchandising reports and proactively resolve production or supply chain issues.
🌐 Build strong relationships with international customers while driving business growth.
👥 Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sourcing and merchandising team.
