🎯 Key Responsibilities

🧺 Lead end-to-end garment washing operations, from development to bulk production.

🔬 Coordinate wash development, lab dips, trials, and approvals with buyers/brands.

⚙️ Monitor washing processes, recipes, chemicals, shade, hand-feel, and finishing quality.

📊 Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are achieved.

🤝 Coordinate closely with Merchandising, Production, Quality, Technical & Factory Teams.

🔍 Troubleshoot wash-related issues and implement effective corrective actions.

💰 Drive cost optimization, process efficiency, and chemical consumption control.

👥 Guide, develop, and evaluate the Wash Team to ensure high performance.

📋 Ensure compliance with buyer standards, safety requirements, and environmental procedures.

🎓 Qualifications

🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering/ Wet Processing or a relevant discipline.

🧵 8–10+ years of hands-on experience in garment especially Denim washing.

👥 Proven experience leading and managing a Wash/Finishing Team.

🌍 Strong knowledge of international buyer requirements and garment wash standards.

💬 Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
