🛍️ Manage merchandising activities for global discount retailer accounts.

🤝 Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

📋 Handle product development, costing, order negotiation, and order execution.

🧵 Coordinate with sourcing, sample, production, QA, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.

💰 Drive competitive pricing while maintaining quality and margin objectives.

📊 Monitor T&A, production status, capacity planning, and shipment schedules.

🔍 Resolve production challenges proactively to ensure smooth execution.

📈 Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for growth.

✅ Requirements

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Fashion, or a related discipline.

👔 12 years of merchandising experience with a reputed apparel sourcing, buying office, or trading company.

🛒 Proven experience handling European Discount Retailers

👕 Strong knowledge of woven, knit, sweater, or outerwear product categories.

💵 Excellent costing, negotiation, sourcing, and vendor management skills.

💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/PLM systems.

🌍 Strong communication skills in English with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
