We are seeking a dynamic, commercially driven leader to head our Commercial Department and ensure seamless import, export, customs, banking, compliance, and logistics operations for a leading international apparel sourcing organization.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead all commercial operations, including Import, Export & Customs Compliance

✅ Manage LC, BTB LC, Shipping Documents & Banking Transactions

✅ Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Customs, Bond, VAT & Regulatory Authorities

✅ Oversee freight forwarding, logistics and shipment execution

✅ Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, factories, banks and government agencies

✅ Monitor commercial documentation, cost optimization and risk management

✅ Lead and develop the commercial team to achieve operational excellence

✔️ Requirements

🎓 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce or a relevant discipline

👔 Minimum 15 years of commercial experience in the Apparel/Garment Industry

🌍 Strong experience with multinational sourcing companies is highly preferred

📦 Excellent knowledge of import/export regulations, customs, bond, shipping and trade compliance

🤝 Strong leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills

💻 Proficient in MS Office and ERP/commercial systems

🗣️ Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali
