🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand business with apparel brands, retailers, and importers across North America.

🔹 Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

🔹 Drive revenue growth by promoting sourcing, product development, and supply chain solutions from Asia.

🔹 Lead customer negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalization.

🔹 Collaborate closely with merchandising, sourcing, product development, and production teams to ensure seamless execution.

🔹 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.

🔹 Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.

🔹 Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and regular performance reports for senior management.

 

✅ Requirements

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.

👔 15+ years of sales/business development experience within the apparel sourcing, manufacturing, buying office, or supply chain industry.

🤝 Strong network with apparel brands, retailers, wholesalers, and importers in the USA.

📈 Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

🌍 Solid understanding of global apparel sourcing, product development, and manufacturing processes.

💬 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

✈️ Willingness to travel extensively within North America and internationally when required.
