🛍️ Senior Merchandiser – Nightwear (Knits & Woven)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Handle product development, costing, sourcing, and order execution.

🔹 Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and factories to ensure smooth order flow.

🔹 Monitor T&A, production status, and shipment schedules.

🔹 Negotiate prices and ensure commercial viability of products.

🔹 Manage sample development and approvals.

🔹 Ensure compliance with quality, sustainability, and brand requirements.

🔹 Resolve production and supply chain challenges proactively.

✅ Requirements

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion, Apparel, or related discipline.

👔 7–8 years of merchandising experience in Nightwear products.

🧵 Strong knowledge of Knits & Woven garment manufacturing.

🌏 Experience working with international fashion brands/buying offices preferred.

💼 Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

📊 Strong command of costing, product development, and vendor management.

💻 Proficiency in MS Office and merchandising systems.
