🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Lead and manage the denim merchandising team to achieve business objectives.

🔹 Handle buyer communication and maintain strong customer relationships.

🔹 Coordinate product development, costing, sourcing, and order execution.

🔹 Work closely with factories, washing plants, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.

🔹 Monitor T&A, production status, quality, and shipment schedules.

🔹 Negotiate prices and commercial terms with vendors and manufacturers.

🔹 Resolve production and supply chain challenges proactively.

🔹 Drive business growth through excellent service and account management.

✅ Requirements

🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Merchandising, or a related field.

👔 10–12+ years of merchandising experience, with strong exposure to denim products.

🌍 Experience working with international buyers and sourcing offices.

👖 Strong knowledge of denim fabrics, garment washing, costing, and production processes.

📊 Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.

💻 Proficiency in MS Office and merchandising systems.

🗣️ Strong communication skills in English.
