📌 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Manage end-to-end merchandising activities for denim products from development to shipment.

🔹 Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, factories, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.

🔹 Handle product development, costing, order confirmation, and production follow-up.

🔹 Monitor T&A calendars and ensure on-time delivery.

🔹 Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with vendors.

🔹 Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, quality standards, and sustainability initiatives.

🔹 Prepare reports, order updates, and customer presentations.

🎯 Requirements

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Fashion Technology, or related discipline.

✅ 5 years of merchandising experience in denim products with a buying office or reputed denim factories.

✅ Strong knowledge of denim fabrics, washes, laundry processes, and garment construction.

✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

✅ Proficient in MS Office and merchandising systems.

✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
