📢 Career Opportunity: Manager/Asst. Manager (Merchandising) – Korean Market
TJS Consultants is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Merchandise Manager/Asst Merchandise Manager – Korean Market for a renowned Foreign Apaprel Sourcing Company to lead product strategy, assortment planning, and sales performance for our Korea-focused business.
🔹 Experience Required
* 8-10 years of experience in merchandising, buying, or category management.
* Proven experience managing the Korean market (retail, wholesale, or e-commerce).
* Strong understanding of Korean consumer behavior and retail trends.
🔹 Education
* Bachelor’s degree in Apaprel Merchandising, Textile Engineering or related field.
🔹 Qualifications & Skills
* Fluency in Korean Language is a plus.
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and merchandising systems.
* Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
* Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
