🎓 Bachelor’s in Textile Engineering / Apparel Merchandising
🧥 10–12 years in Sweater merchandising with multinational sourcing office or global brands out of which minimum 2-3 year’s in Managerial role
📊 Strong in costing, negotiation & supply chain management
💻 Proficiency in MS Office, PLM systems, and ERP platforms
🗣️ Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal)
