🎓 Ideal Candidate
🔹 Graduate in Apparel Merchandising, Fashion, Business or Supply Chain Management from a reputed institution.
🔹 20+ years of senior leadership experience in apparel sourcing, buying office, manufacturing or trading.
🔹 Proven experience managing large businesses, teams & P&L.
🔹 Strong relationships with European & North American brands.
🔹 Excellent business development, customer management and negotiation skills.
🔹 Strong knowledge of the Bangladesh & India apparel sourcing ecosystem.
🔹 Charismatic, entrepreneurial and strategic leader with a proven record of innovation and sustainable growth.
