A reputed garment manufacturing company at CEPZ, Chittagong is seeking an experienced professional to lead HR, Administration, and Compliance functions.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
đź‘Ą Lead HR operations: recruitment, performance management & employee relations
đź“‹ Oversee factory administration & facility management
âš– Ensure compliance with Labor Law, EPZ rules & buyer standards
đź“Š Handle audits (BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ISO, etc.)
🛡 Maintain workplace safety & regulatory documentation
🤝 Advise management on HR & compliance strategy
🎓 Education & Qualifications
✅Master’s/MBA in HRM, Management, or related field
✅10–15 years’ experience in garment manufacturing (HR & Compliance)
âś…Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law & buyer compliance
âś…Leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
âś…Proficiency in MS Office & HR systems
