🔍 Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented “Senior Quality Manager” to lead end-to-end quality assurance for woven garments, with a strong focus on blazers and suits. The role requires strategic oversight, process excellence, and a passion for delivering premium-quality products.

 

🧵 Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead and manage the overall Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC) processes for woven products

🧥 Ensure superior quality standards for blazers, suits, and tailored garments

📊 Develop and implement quality systems, SOPs, and compliance frameworks

🔍 Monitor inline & final inspections to ensure adherence to buyer requirements

🤝 Liaise with buyers, merchandising, and production teams on quality matters

⚙️ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to minimize defects and rework

📈 Analyze quality data, root cause analysis & corrective action implementation

🧑‍🏫 Train and mentor QA teams across factories

 

🎯 Requirements

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering / Apparel Manufacturing or related field

📅 15+ years of experience in quality management (woven & tailored garments)

🧥 Strong expertise in blazers, suits, structured garments (highly preferred)

🌍 Experience working with international buyers & compliance standards

📋 In-depth knowledge of AQL, garment construction, and quality tools

💡 Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
