🚀 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Lead merchandising operations for Woven & Denim product categories.

🔹 Manage buyer communication, product development and order execution.

🔹 Drive costing, price negotiation and margin optimization.

🔹 Coordinate with Design, Sampling, Production, Quality, IE and Commercial teams.

🔹 Monitor T&A, order status, production progress and on-time shipment.

🔹 Ensure buyer requirements, quality standards and compliance are consistently met.

🔹 Develop and maintain strong relationships with international customers.

🔹 Lead and mentor the merchandising team to achieve business objectives.

🎯 Qualifications

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion, Apparel Merchandising, or a related field.

📊 Strong knowledge of woven & denim product development, costing and production.

💻 Proficiency in MS Office and merchandising-related systems.

🤝 Strong communication, negotiation and team leadership skills.

💼 Experience

⏳ 10+ years of relevant experience in apparel merchandising.

👖 Proven expertise in Woven & Denim products.

🌍 Experience with international buyers/brands and export-oriented apparel manufacturing.

🏭 Strong understanding of sampling, washes, production, quality, T&A and shipment processes.
