👔 Position: General Manager – Quality

📍 Location: Chittagong Export Processing Zone (CEPZ), Chattogram

🏭 Industry: 100% Export-Oriented Woven Garments Manufacturing

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Lead and manage the entire Quality Assurance (QA) & Quality Control (QC) functions

🔹 Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, AQL standards & international quality benchmarks

🔹 Develop and implement quality policies, SOPs, and continuous improvement plans

🔹 Oversee pre-production, in-line, and final inspections

🔹 Handle compliance & technical audits (ISO, BSCI, WRAP, buyer audits, etc.)

🔹 Drive corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes

🔹 Train, mentor, and develop the quality team

🔹 Coordinate with Production, Merchandising & Technical departments

🔹 Prepare and present quality reports to top management

🎓 Educational Requirements

🔹Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering / Apparel Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering or related field

🔹Professional certifications in Quality Management (ISO Lead Auditor, Six Sigma, etc.) preferred

🧑‍💼 Experience Requirements

✅ Minimum 15+ years of experience in the garments industry (woven preferred)

✅ At least 5+ years in a senior quality leadership role

✅ Strong knowledge of AQL, garment inspection systems & buyer compliance standards

✅ Experience handling international buyers and factory audits

✅ Excellent leadership, analytical & decision-making skills
