🎓 Qualifications
🎓 Graduate or Diploma in Pattern Making, Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or a related discipline.

🧵 Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Kidswear pattern making.

💻 Technical Skills: Proficient in CAD pattern-making software (Gerber, Lectra, Optitex, or similar).

🗣️ Communication: Good command of English (both written & spoken).

🎯 Key Responsibilities
📐 Develop accurate patterns from tech packs and buyer specifications.

👕 Ensure correct fit, grading, and garment construction for Kidswear.

🧷 Review fit samples and implement buyer comments.

🤝 Coordinate with Merchandising, Sample Room, and Production teams.

⚡ Optimize patterns for production efficiency and fabric utilization.

📂 Maintain pattern files, grading rules, and technical documentation.
