📊 Financial Strategy – Lead financial planning and business growth initiatives.
💰 Budgeting & Forecasting – Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
🏭 Manufacturing Finance – Manage costing, inventory, and profitability.
🏦 Treasury Management – Oversee cash flow, banking, and working capital.
📑 Compliance & Reporting – Ensure IFRS, tax, VAT, and statutory compliance.
🛡️ Risk & Internal Controls – Strengthen governance, audit, and financial controls.
📈 Business Analysis – Deliver MIS, KPI reporting, and strategic insights.
👥 Leadership – Lead and develop the Finance & Accounts team.
🎓 Qualifications
🎓 Graduate/Master’s in Accounting or Finance from a reputed university.
🏅 CA/FCA/CMA/FCMA (Mandatory).
💼 Experience
✔️ 15–20 years of Finance & Accounts experience with any Manufacturing Group
✔️ Minimum 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
✔️ Experience in a Foreign or Local Apparel Manufacturing Group preferred.
