🔹 Key Responsibilities

📌 Lead end-to-end product sourcing & vendor management across apparel categories

📌 Develop and maintain strong relationships with factories, suppliers & global buyers

📌 Manage cost negotiation, price analysis & supplier selection to ensure competitiveness

📌 Oversee product development, sampling, order execution & on-time delivery

📌 Ensure compliance with quality standards, sustainability & buyer requirements

📌 Drive capacity planning, production allocation & risk management across supply base

📌 Explore and onboard new factories, product categories & sourcing opportunities

📌 Coordinate closely with merchandising, technical, QA & supply chain teams

🔹 Requirements

🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Apparel Merchandising, Textile Engineering or related field

👔 Minimum 15 years experience in apparel sourcing, merchandising with any reputed Brand or Buying Office

✔ Proven ability to manage multiple Brands business simultaneously

🌍 Strong exposure to multiple product categories i.e. Woven, Knits, Sweater, Outerwear etc

📊 Excellent skills in costing, negotiation & strategic sourcing

🤝 Strong leadership Skills of managing 15- 20 Team Members Independantly

✔ Strong communication & stakeholder management skills

💻 Good command of ERP systems, MS Office & sourcing tools
