📍 Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh

🔧 Key Responsibilities

🛠️ Oversee end-to-end wash operations ensuring quality and efficiency

📊 Monitor productivity, process control, and performance KPIs

🧪 Ensure correct chemical usage, wash formulas, and finishing standards

📦 Coordinate with Production, Quality & Maintenance departments

💰 Control departmental budget, chemical consumption, and wastage

👥 Lead, train, and manage wash floor teams and supervisors

📑 Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and audit standards

📈 Prepare operational and performance reports for management

👕 Strong Experience working with brands such as ZARA, GAP, Levi’s, Tommy Hilfiger, or similar global retailers

📋 Sound knowledge of RSL (Restricted Substances List) & brand compliance protocols

🌱 Experience with sustainable wash processes (EIM, Laser, Ozone, Eco-friendly chemicals)

🧾 Familiar with buyer audits, technical files & wash approvals

🎯 Qualifications & Experience

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or related field

🏭 Minimum 10 years of experience in Denim/Garments Washing

👔 Proven leadership and team management skills

⚙️ Strong technical knowledge of wash machinery & troubleshooting

💬 Strong communication skills in English (Bangla is an advantage)
