🔑 Key Responsibilities

📅 Planning & Forecasting

* Develop annual & seasonal 📆 sales, inventory, and category plans

* Translate OTB into actionable 🏬 store-level buy & replenishment schedules

 

🔄 Inventory Optimization

* Manage inter-store transfers 🚚

* Oversee stock allocation & in-season replenishment

* Optimize store performance & inventory turns 🔁

 

💲 Pricing & Margin Strategy

* Propose pricing strategies 💵

* Plan promotions 🎉 and markdowns 🏷️

* Protect margins & maximize sell-through 📈

 

📋 Process & Reporting Excellence

* Implement planning SOPs & SLAs 🛠️

* Develop structured reporting frameworks 📑

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related field

🕒 Minimum 8 years in merchandise planning, inventory management, or retail operations
