🏭 General Manager – Production (Woven & Denim)
📍 Location: CEPZ, Chattogram, Bangladesh
A reputed WOVEN Garment Manufacturing Company at CEPZ, Chittagong is looking for an experienced GM – Production (Woven & Denim).
🚀 Key Responsibilities
✅Lead end-to-end production operations for Woven & Denim units
✅Ensure on-time shipment with required quality standards
✅Drive productivity improvement & waste reduction initiatives
✅Oversee manpower planning & performance management
✅Maintain compliance with buyer & regulatory requirements
✅Coordinate with Merchandising, Planning, Quality & Maintenance teams
🎓 Education
✅Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering / Apparel Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering or related field
✅Professional certifications in Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma / Production Management preferred
💼 Experience
🔍18+ years of progressive experience in garment manufacturing
🔍Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role (AGM / DGM / GM – Production)
🔍Strong expertise in Woven & Denim production operations
🔍Proven track record of managing large production floors
🔍Experience working with reputed international buyers & compliance standards
