🧵 Role Overview
Eensure perfect fit, comfort, and quality across global apparel programs. You’ll work closely with designers, factories, and international buyers to deliver samples that meet brand standards.
🧷 Key Responsibilities
📐 Conduct garment fit sessions and provide clear, technical fit comments
📝 Measure samples, review spec sheets, and update fit corrections
🧵 Communicate fit issues and solutions with factories & merchandisers
👚 Ensure fit consistency from proto to final production
🌐 Collaborate with international brands & buyers
🛠️ Experience Required
🔹 5–8 years experience as a Fit Technician / Garment Technician
🔹 Strong expertise in woven & knit fit (men’s / women’s / kids)
🔹 Hands-on knowledge of measurement standards & grading
🔹 Experience in multinational buying office or factories preferred
🎓 Education
🔹 Diploma / BSc in Textile Engineering / Fashion Technology
🔹 Specialized training in garment fit & pattern understanding is a plus
🔹 Strong English Communication skill
