TJS Consultants is looking for a “QC/QA MANAGER” to lead all Quality Control & Quality Assurance activities. This role is critical in ensuring world-class zipper quality, process stability, and compliance with global brand standards—with a strong focus on zero-defect performance.

🔍 Role Overview
As QC/QA Manager, you will own the end-to-end quality function, working closely with Production, Maintenance, and Global Quality teams to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead QC/QA teams across incoming, inline & final inspection
✅ Ensure zipper quality meets customer & buyer specifications
✅ Drive root cause analysis & corrective actions for defects, returns, and complaints
✅ Maintain & enhance quality systems (AQL, SOPs, calibration, traceability)
✅ Oversee laboratory testing (strength, colorfastness, dimensions, coating adhesion, etc.)
✅ Approve first article samples and production start-ups
✅ Ensure compliance with global brand standards & audits
✅ Collaborate with global QA counterparts for alignment & best practices
✅ Train QC teams & production operators on quality standards
✅ Prepare quality reports, KPIs & dashboards for management

🎯 Key Qualifications
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Textile / Industrial / Mechanical or related field
🔹 10-12 Year’s of experiences in zipper or related accessories manufacturing company
🔹 Strong understanding or ability to quickly learn—zipper tolerances & performance requirements
🔹 Hands-on experience with customer/buyer audits
🔹 Knowledge of ISO systems, AQL & statistical quality tools
🔹 Proven ability to lead teams & enforce shop-floor discipline
🔹 Strong communication skills with global QA teams & customers
