🔐 Position: Health, Safety & Compliance Manager
TJS Consultants is looking for an experienced professional to lead Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE) and RSL compliance for Bangladesh facility. This role is critical in ensuring a safe, legally compliant workplace and full chemical & environmental compliance aligned with global buyer standards.

🦺 HSE programs, risk assessment & incident investigation
🔥 Fire safety, emergency response & evacuation planning
🧪 RSL compliance, chemical management & MSDS control
🧾 Testing, certifications, lab coordination & audits
📋 Social compliance & customer audit readiness
🎓 Safety & chemical handling training
🎯 Required Qualifications & Experience
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related field
✔ 10–12 years of experience in HSE & RSL/chemical compliance (manufacturing preferred)
✔ Strong knowledge of Bangladesh HSE regulations & global brand standards
✔ Hands-on experience with RSL, chemical testing, and buyer audits
✔ Proven leadership, audit handling & cross-functional coordination skills
✔ Excellent communication skills (English & Bangla)
