👔 Position: Manager – HR & Compliance

📍 Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
🧑‍💼 Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle
📜 Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and buyer Codes of Conduct
✅ Handle social compliance audits, certifications & documentation
🎓 Coordinate training, welfare, and disciplinary procedures
🤝 Liaise with management, factories & external stakeholders

🎯 Candidate Requirements:
🎓 Graduate/Master’s in HR, Environment Science, or relevant discipline
⏳ Minimum 8 years of experience in HR & Compliance in a Buying Office or factory
📘 Strong knowledge of labor law & social compliance standards
💬 Excellent communication and coordination skills
